Stand Seafood Expo 2026 for Naqua

Naqua is a Saudi aquaculture company that farms and markets Red Sea shrimp and marine-farmed fish. It exhibited at Seafood Expo Global 2026, at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, to establish its brand in the European market. The stand had to solve three things at once: stand out from a distance in a crowded hall, display fresh and frozen product properly, and set aside an enclosed space for business meetings.

A four-metre suspended ring above the stand

The element that organises the whole stand is a circular structure four metres in diameter hung above it. It was built in poplar and pine with ribs every forty centimetres and suspended from a circular truss on four rigging points, with load calculations and complex-structure approval from the venue. The outer edge carries the backlit dimensional logo and the underside is a printed fabric panel showing the surface of the sea, finished with a perimeter LED strip and evenly spaced spotlights. Below it, the stand is resolved in lacquered white and light timber decking, with plinths, counter and dividing walls picked out in corporate blue LED.

Chilled product on show and working areas

The open face is taken up by a curved-glass refrigerated display on a blue base, and towards the centre sits a mushroom-type display unit, an acrylic dome on a stainless steel base, holding product on ice with packs in view. Two round-cornered shelving units in the side aisles organise the packaging range. A large-format screen leads the front elevation beneath a timber slat screen. The meeting room is closed with glass and has its own television, and behind it sit the storeroom and the reception counter with the backlit brand.
