Alimentaria Hostelco 2026 stand for Josper
Josper brought a stand to Alimentaria Hostelco 2026, at Fira de Barcelona, that breaks with its previous editions. The brand makes charcoal ovens and grills for professional kitchens, and wanted a space that told where it comes from as well as what it sells.
A vintage oven as the front door
The piece that organises the stand is a historic oven of the brand itself, placed at the entrance as a draw. Around it, a semi-open layout with a large entrance arch: light wood jambs with integrated lighting, cut against a black volume carrying the backlit Josper logo. Above it all, a black truss structure with rigging points and a suspended element in double-sided tensioned fabric with the brand name.
Product, kitchen and story
The open side displays the full oven range, in red, white, brass and steel finishes, reachable straight from the aisle. Inside, a live cooking area with an island extractor hood, a wall of backlit wooden niches for utensils and accessories, and a front bar inspired by the crates the ovens themselves travel in. Large-format graphics with close-ups of embers and charcoal wrap the black volume and carry the brand narrative.
Technical details
Black metal truss, light wood joinery, tensioned fabric, vinyl and backlit visuals, integrated lighting and a load study for the suspended structures. Design, production, fair management and assembly by Mazzima.
